摘要
目的观察抗纤灵冲剂对单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)模型大鼠肾功能的影响。方法将120只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、抗纤灵组、氯沙坦组。造模后7d,14d,21d,28d分批处死,腹主动脉采血,检测血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)。结果模型组大鼠Scr、BUN显著升高,尿MA、β2-MG、NAG明显上升,与正常组及假手术组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);抗纤灵组大鼠Scr、BUN显著下降,尿MA、β2-MG、NAG明显降低,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),抗纤灵组与氯沙坦组比较,Scr明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.01),7d尿MA及14dβ2-MG显著低于氯沙坦组。结论抗纤灵冲剂降低Scr、BUN及尿MA、β2-MG、NAG,可能是通过舒张血管、调节管球反馈、改善肾小管间质纤维化及影响细胞因子、炎症介质的合成与分泌等多途径、多靶点地保护肾功能的。
Objective To observe the effect of Kangxianling on the renal function in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham operation group,model group,Kangxianling( KXL) group and Losartan group. After making model for 7,l4,21,28 d,the animals were killed in batch to get their blood through abdominal aorta, and the levels of Scr and BUN were determined. 24 h-urine was collected and MA,β2-MG and NAG were detected. Results The levels of Scr ,BUN in serum and MA,β2-MG,NAG in urine in model group were increased obviously,which were significantly different with normal group and sham-operation group ( P 0. 01) . The contents of Scr ,BUN in serum and MA,β2-MG,NAG in urine in KXL group decreased obviously,which were significantly different with model group ( P 0. 01,P 0. 05) . Compared with Losartan group,the level of Scr in serum was declined remarkably,MA on the seventh day and β2-MG on the forteenth day had the same tendency. Conclusion Through expanding blood vessels,regulating tubuloglomerular feedback, lightening the fibrosis of renal interstitium,controlling synthesis and secretion of cytokine,KXL can protect the renal function and decrease the level of Scr ,BUN in serum and MA,β2-MG,NAG in urine.
