跌打止痛巴布剂中桂皮醛等成分含量的气相色谱法测定 被引量:9

摘要 目的建立气相色谱方法同时测定跌打止痛巴布剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、桂皮醛、丁香酚5种成分的含量。方法用挥发油提取法提取样品中挥发油成分制备成供试品溶液,以石英毛细管柱(phenomenex ZB-WAX,长30m,内径0.32mm,涂层0.5μm)为色谱柱,氮气作载气,FID检测器,采用程序升温,内标法测定样品中5种成分含量。结果樟脑、薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、桂皮醛、丁香酚在同一色谱条件下得到良好分离,线性关系良好,平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为98.32%,97.43%,95.89%,96.26%,98.78%。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于跌打止痛巴布剂的质量控制。 Objective To determine the contents of five main components ( camphor,menthol,methyl salicylate,cinnamic aldehyde and eugenol) in DieDaZhiTong Cataplasm by GC. Methods The sample solution was distilled in volatile oil determination apparatus. A quartz capillary column ( phenomenex ZB-WAX,length 30 m,inner diameter 0. 32 mm,coating 0. 5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column with nitrogen as the carrier gas. A flame ionization detector ( FID) was prepared; the column temperature was increased during the analysis and the internal standard method was applied to determine the contents of the 5 components in the sample solution. Results Camphor,menthol,methyl salicylate,cinnamic aldehyde and eugenol were well separated under the same chromatographic condition,showing a good linear relationship. The average recovery of the five components ( n =6) were 98. 32%,97. 43%,95. 89%,96. 26% and 98. 78% ,respectively. Conclusion The experimental method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of DieDaZhiTong Cataplasm.
