白内障是致盲的主要疾病,目前病因还不清楚,尚无有效的预防及药物治疗方法。近年来对白内障进行了大量的生化研究,但在研究糖代谢的同工酶方面报导不多。本文旨在测定大鼠晶体糖代谢中无氧酵解、有氧氧化、磷酸戊糖代谢的三种同工酶,探讨在白内障形成时同工酶的改变。

It has been found that LDH in 5 molecular forms in rats lens and is
predomintly the M type of enzyme. The activity of LDH1 and G6PD?
in ctaractous lenses induced by galactose is lower than that in the normal
lenses, the activity of LDH5 increased in the same period. It is possible
that MDH takes no part in the formation of catract.
