摘要
采用通用集成电路设计了一种三相可控硅触发电路。该电路利用同步信号的积分与移相信号比较产生触发脉冲,抗同步信号的高频干扰和波形畸变的能力强。这种设计所用元件少,成本低,调试方便。
This paper develops a three-phase SCR trigger circuit adopting the cur-rent integrated circuit. The circuit produees trigger pulse by comparing the synchronoussignal integral with the phase shift signal. As a result it offers a greater capability ofresisting high frequency interference and wave distortion of synchronous signals. The de-sign uses fewer components and offers lower cost and more convenient adjustment.
