摘要
针对齿形的结构,在相同模数条件下,提出了应力场偏差的计算公式,并计算出对称齿形齿轮与不对称齿形齿轮模数的变化量,从而得出通过改变非工作齿廊压力角实现减少不对称齿形齿轮的尺寸和质量的结论.
The paper offers a prelindnary description of studies carried out by theauthors with a view to developing asynuntrical gear teeth. This leads tothe formulation of a rule for similar modules governing variations of a stress fields, de-pending on the pressure angle of the nonnative side. The paper features the conclusionthat the reduction in size and weight of asytnmtrical gears is achieved by changing thepressure angle of the nonnative side.
