湖南烈士公园防灾避险功能调查与分析

Survey and Analysis of Disaster-Prevention Functions in the Hunan Martyrs Park

城市公园拥有较大开敞空间、完善的基础设施,具有城市防灾避险场地,但现有的大部分公园,由于应急设施的不完善,防灾避险功能不强。在对湖南烈士公园及其周边环境现状调查的基础上,分析了烈士公园作为应急避难场所的优势及应急设施简单、数量偏少、缺乏防火种植等问题,并提出了完善湖南烈士公园防灾避险功能的建议。

Urban green space have great open space,complete infrastructures and urban disaster-prevention yards,but nowadays most parks have poor disaster prevention functions because of faultiness of emergency facilities.Based on the survey of the Hunan Martyrs Park and its surroundings,this paper analyzes the advantages of the Hunan Martyrs Park as an emergency shelter,and its problems like the emergency facilities were simpler and less than requirements,and fire planting was lack.It also gives some suggestion to complete the function of disaster prevention of the Hunan Martyrs Park.
