摘要 教育实习是师范教育培养合格教师的综合实践环节。湖南一师在书江学校开展的师范生顶岗实习试点工作,实行三方联动和三位一体的教育实习模式对师范类院校的教育实习具有普遍的推广意义。这种实习的主要做法是:三方联动,三位一体,实施以实习学校为主的实习教学管理;转变教育实习观念,进行教育教学和管理的全方位实习;开展形式多样的教研活动,提升实习热情,克服实习倦怠情绪;以生为本,注重改善生活条件,营造以校为家的生活环境。 Educational Practice is to educate and train some qualified teachers for primary and secondary schools in the comprehensive practice of link.Students in the Hunan First Normal College for three consecutive years have carried out the practice of substitution internship in the Shu-jiang primary school and built up the formation of "Three-way interaction and the Trinity" mode to promote the practice of universal significance.The paper proposes to implement the teaching practice management for the school-based practice,The Three-way Interaction and the Trinity;change the concept of educational practice and carry out the full range of education and management training;develop various research activities to enhance the practice passion and overcome the emotional attachment burnout;and focus on improving living conditions and create a school-home living environment
