摘要
2007年4月29日,"全国亿万青少年学生阳光体育运动"全面启动。阳光体育运动的实质就是要构建青少年科学体育生活方式。开展阳光体育运动过程中可以通过以下途径促进青少年科学体育生活方式的构建:加快健康教育立法,确立健康教育的重要战略地位,重视青少年生活方式教育;建立阳光体育的学校——家庭——社会网络支持系统;构建学校体育促进体育生活方式形成的有效机制;倡导阳光体育文化,通过体育文化的渗透促进体育生活方式的构建。
On April 29,2007,＂Sunlight Sports Program for Hundreds of Millions of Youngster Students＂ launched.The substance of the sunny sports program is to build a kind of youth scientific sports lifestyle.Promoting youth scientific sports lifestyle building can be realized through the following channels in Sunlight Sports： speeding up health education legislating,establishing the strategic importance of health education,emphasizing youth lifestyle education,establishing school-family-society Sunlight Sports network support system,promoting effective mechanisms for the formation of sports life style by school physical education,and promoting construction of sports life style by advocating Sunlight Sports Culture.
