摘要 男护生既有普通大学生的共性,也有作为一个新兴专业男生所独有的思想行为特点。针对其特点,运用积极心理学的相关知识,以一种积极的思想观念去对待男护生及其问题,通过其积极体验,塑造积极自我,进行积极改变,促进高校男护生的有效管理教育。 Male nursing students,a unique group who will be engaged in a newly emerging professional,have many characteristics in common with general college students.However,they also have their own characteristics in thinking and behaviors.According to their special characteristics,we should use knowledge of positive psychology and take new positive ideas and effective measurements to treat male nursing students as well as their own problems.Meanwhile,we should actively help them to create a positive self,enhance their professional identity,and achieve positive changes through their active experiences or involvement.The implement of these measurements would be helpful to improve the effective management of male nursing students in colleges.
