摘要
目的探讨臂踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)对冠状动脉粥样硬化预测意义的性别差异。方法本文选择行冠状动脉造影治疗的患者82例,进行脉搏波速度测定,与冠脉造影对比,分析不同性别间脉搏波速度与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。结果冠脉造影结果与baPWV:冠状动脉造影正常男性(16例)baPWV为右侧肢体(1508±300)cm/s,左侧肢体(1529±301)cm/s,冠状动脉造影异常男性(33例)baPWV为右侧肢体(1676±312)cm/s,左侧肢体(1733±342)cm/s,冠状动脉造影正常女性(14例)baPWV为右侧肢体(1569±223)cm/s,左侧肢体(1600±248)cm/s,冠状动脉造影异常女性(19例)baPWV为右侧肢体(1856±278)cm/s,左侧肢体(1896±291)cm/s。结论男性冠脉造影正常组与异常组间baPWV未见显著性差异(右侧肢体P=0.46,左侧肢体P=0.56),在女性冠脉造影正常组与异常组之间baPWV存在显著性差异(右侧肢体/左侧肢体P<0.01)。
Objective To explore the gender differences of the rediction significance of branchial ankle pulse wave veleeity(baPWV) for coronary atherosclerosis. Methods Totally 82 patients of CAG were recorded by an automatic pulse wave velocity measurement system,these were compared between the patients of PWV and those of CAG and discuss the gender differences. Results There were 16 male patients of normal CAG whose baPWV on right limbs were (1508 ± 300)cm/s,on lift limbs were ( 1529 ±301 ) cm/s and there were 33 male patients of narrow CAG whose baPWV on right limbs were ( 1676± 312) cm/s,an lift limbs were( 1733 ±342)cm/s. There were 14 female patients of normal CAG whose baPWV on right limbs were (1569 ±223)cm/s ,on lift limbs were (1600 ± 248 )cm/s and there were 19 female patients of narrow CAG whose baPWV on right limbs were( 1856 ± 278 )cm/s, on lift limbs were( 1896± 291 ) cm/s. Conclusion There is no significant difference in PWV between male patients of normal CAG and narrow GAG ( Right limbs P = 0.46, Left limbs P = 0.52 ). There is significant difference in PWV between female patients of normal CAG and narrow CAG( Right/Left limbs P 〈 0.01 ).
