摘要
肉芽肿型毛细血管瘤是临床上并不少见的一种特殊类型的血管瘤,好发于头面部,尤其以口唇多见,也可发生于躯干及四肢,但发生在眼部者不多。我们曾先后诊断12例,现报告讨论如下。
Ocular granulomatous Capillary hemangioma is uncommon, twelve
cases of this tumor proved by pathology are reported, which comprised
9.3% of all granulomtous capillary hemangioma in the same period in our
hospital. of the 12 cases, 9 males and 3 females, the age ranged from 17
years to 69 years, the average age is 34 years, 83.3% (10 cases) of them
are older than 20 years. In this paper, the etiology, clinicopathologic
characteristics, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of this
disese are briefly discussed.
