摘要
本文通过对最大风速受平台观测的影响、城市化发展影响、杨树林生长影响等方面进行研究,提出了最大风速平台影响订正、城市化影响订正、杨树林影响订正的计算方法,为最大风速受环境影响研究出了一套完整的订正方法,减小了江苏省输电线路设计风速误差。
According to the research on the bias of the maximum wind,resulting from the change of the observing platform height,the development of the city and the growth of the Poplars,the methods of correcting the bias is proposed,so as to provide comprehensive methods for the research on the bias of the maximum wind in result of the environment change,and reduce the bias of the design wind speed of the electricity power transmission line in Jiang Su province.
