摘要
入炉煤煤质信息的实时检测对电站运行的经济性和安全性都有着十分重要的意义。文中提供了一种入炉煤煤质信息的实时检测技术,该技术基于煤粉燃烧火焰全光谱特征分析方法进行煤质辨识。该技术已经在华能玉环电厂应用成功,测试表明:入炉煤热值的测量误差仅为3.0%~5.0%。
The real-time identification of coal qualitative information of burning coal in utility boiler is very important to power boiler's safety and effi ciency.This paper presents a model for real-time detecting of coal qualitative information of burning coal in utility boiler based on analysis method of full-spectrum characteristic parameters of pulverized coal flames in boiler furnace,then realization of coal qualitative information on-line identifi cation.This technique has been used in Huaneng YuHuan Power Plant,and it is showed that the relative derivation of burning coal calorifi c value between lab analysis results and model results is in the range of 3.0%~5.0%.
