环境管理体系标准在设计产品实现过程中应用

摘要 在工程建设项目的质量要求和优秀评价中,控制环境排放的各种技术措施和方法以及取得的环境绩效成为关注重点。电力工程设计产品质量评价中应体现七个质量特性,即:功能性、安全性、经济性、可信性、可实施性、适应性、时间性,现在应再增加一个环保性,以适应现行的设计产品的质量特性的优秀评价。环境管理体系标准的要求如何在设计产品中应用一直是议论的热点。笔者认为在质量管理体系的设计过程控制中,能够将环境管理体系的有关要求、职业健康安全管理体系的有关要求有机的结合在一起,才能真正满足产品的质量特性的要求,使相关方满意。 During the quality request and excellence apprised in construction project,those are become attention keystone that various technique measures and methods controlling circumstance drain and obtaining circumstance performance.It should materialize seven quality characteristic in quality evaluated of electricity engineering design product,those are functionality,security,economy character,creditability,carry into execution character,adaptability and timeliness,we should reincrease circumstance protection character,acclimatize itself to actual excellence apprised of quality characteristic in electric power engineering design product.it always become theme discussed and even argumentative.how to apply the demand of circumstance management system standard in design product in all while.Penman consider :during the design process control of quality management system,can combine relate request of circumstance management system with relative request of profession heath safety management system,it can meet the request of product quality characteristic in deed,make the relative side satisfaction.
