摘要
通过对部分先进企业贯彻卓越绩效管理体系实践运行的评审、交流,提出了对卓越绩效管理体系的贯标、与质量管理体系的关系、战略制定以及如何系统性运行等方面问题的探讨。
Through the review and communication on practical apply of performance excellence management system in partial advanced enterprises,this article demonstrates survey on some issues that are enforcement standard of performance excellence management system,the relationship of performance excellence management system and quality management system,strategy formulation and the way to systematic apply.
