Study on the Legal Environment of Non-public Scientific and Technological Enterprises——Based on the Inspiration from the Theory of LLSV Assumption

民营科技企业是推进我国科技、经济发展的重要力量,是高新技术开发的主力军。通过阐述法律环境与民营科技企业之间的作用机理,分析当前我国民营科技企业发展的法律环境问题,援引LLSV理论假说对如何优化我国民营科技企业法律环境提出一些思路。

Non-public scientific and technological enterprises are a main force to booster the technology and economy of our country and develop high technology.Through the exposition of interaction between legal environment and non-public scientific and technological enterprise,the article has analyzed the current legal environment in which these enterprises of our country develop,and promoted some ideas to optimize the legal environment by referring to the Hypothesis of LLSV.
