摘要
通过简要分析事业单位裁减不合格员工的原因、制度、程序和存在的问题,探索现有裁员方式带来的问题和影响,提出事业单位在裁减不合格员工时,人性化管理实施的必要性及意义所在,并针对性地提出若干建议。
Based on the analysis of the reason,system,procedure and problems of institutions' cutting disqualified staff,the article probes into the troubles and influence brought by existing method of workforce reduction.Several proposals have been pertinently offered on the grounds of the necessity and significance of humanizing management implemented in laying off disqualified employees.
