基于策略的复杂机械产品可维修性设计

摘要 为提高机械产品的使用寿命,对产品的维修性和维修性的度量进行了分析,建立了基于维修效率和维修成本的混合策略复杂机械产品维修性能优化数学模型,提出了基于改进的强度Pareto进化算法的复杂机械产品的维修性能设计流程。根据该模型,求得了多目标维修性能优化问题的Pareto最优解集,并使用基于模糊集合理论的方法选择出最优解,在优化产品维修效率的同时优化产品维修成本。应用所提方法对多段式立体停车设备升降横移部件进行了维修性能优化设计,验证了该方法的正确性与高效性。 To improve the service life of mechanical product,a mathematical model was established based on mixed strategy which consisted of maintenance strategy of minimum idle rate and minimum costs of service operations.An optimization process using strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm was put forward on the foundation of the analysis and measuring of the characteristics of maintenance and repairs.Based on the mathematical model of product optimization design for maintenance and repairs,Pareto set for the multi-objective optimization problem was obtained.The multi-objective Pareto-optimal solutions facilitated service operations.Efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed method were illustrated by the product optimization design for maintenance and repair of the lifting and transferring mechanism for lifting and transferring cubic garage.
