摘要
为研究随机的备件库存管理与设备维修问题,提出了按照设备重要性对故障设备进行分类,并将备件库存在各级故障设备之间进行分配的设备维修策略。通过构建动态规划模型,得出最优备件补货策略和设备维修策略,给出为各级设备提供即时维修的动态备件库存临界点。通过算例将该策略同先出现故障先维修策略进行比较,结果表明该策略能显著降低设备维护费用,减少备件折损损失。
To study spare parts inventory management and equipment maintenance problem,in which both equipment failure and the lifecycle of the spare parts were stochastic.Equipment classification method according to its importance was proposed,and a maintenance policy with inventory allocation policy was put forward among different types of faulty equipment in which backorder was allowed for sustaining production in safe and efficient way.Through constructing dynamic programming model,the optimal spare parts inventory policy and equipment maintenance policy with the optimal time-based critical inventory level for each class was derived.Finally,numerical analysis was provided.Comparing to first-come-first-served maintenance policy,the proposed policy could significantly reduce the equipment maintenance cost and reduce the loss caused by spare parts deterioration.
