旋转反射式光纤温度传感器的设计及应用

摘要 介绍了研制的一种无源光纤温度传感器。以本质绝缘、耐腐蚀、可弯曲、抗拉性强的大直径树脂光纤为介质,以可见光为媒体,利用旋转反射线性度高、动态范围大的特点,实现了在高压环境下对接点温度进行精确可靠的在线监测。介绍了光纤温度传感器的组成及工作原理,结合在变电站的应用,给出了测试结果,结果表明本光纤温度传感器的测量准确度优于±2.2℃。其成本低,寿命长,较好地解决了高压开关柜内接头及触头、沟内电缆接头及室外风摇覆冰等恶劣环境下的状态监测。 A new type passive fiber-optic temperature sensor developed in this paper is introduced in the paper.Using long diameter resin fiber-optic,which has characters of insulation,anticorrosion,being flexible and tensile,as transmitter,visible light as medium.For rotating reflective fiber-optic high linearity and wide dynamic range,the sensor achieves accuracy and reliable on-line monitoring of contract temperature under high pressure environment.The paper gives the construction and working-principle of the sensor,in addition,combined with the application in transformer station gives results in the tests,the results show the measuring-accuracy of this fiber-optic temperature sensor is better than ±2.2℃.While its low cost and long lifespan,it solves the problem very well,that the monitoring would be done for contracts in high-voltage switch cabinet or cable contracts in channel or under serious environment like windy,ice covering and so on.
