摘要
介绍了西门子PROFI优化控制软件的功能与设计策略,指出了应用该优化控制技术的必要性和可行性,阐述了该优化控制软件的现场调试方法与相关技术措施。根据实际应用情况,采用PROFI优化控制技术后,改善了机组一次调频和二次调频响应品质,加快了汽温、汽压、燃料、水位和负压调节的响应速度,使机组控制品质和稳定性大为提高。同时,指出了采用PROFI优化控制技术后需要解决的一些问题。
This paper introduces the functions and designing strategy of Siemens PROFI optimal control software,explains the necessity and feasibility of applying this software,and provides the commission methods and technological measures on the site.According to the practical application of the software,this paper concludes that Siemens PROFI optimal control software improves the unit frequency adjustment responding speed,quicken the responding speed of the temperature,pressure,fuel,water level and furnace pressure control system,and enhances the quality and stability of the original coordination control system.At the same time,this paper points out some problems to be settled.
