摘要
伦理作为日常生活工作中的一种重要的价值观念和行为准则,对公共部门人力资源管理具有重要的思想指导作用,从伦理的角度看,目前公共部门人力资源管理的各个环节中存在着伦理失范的现象,探寻公共部门人力资源管理伦理失范的表现、原因和治理之策,有利于推动公共部门人力资源管理伦理的应用和普及。
As an important values and norms of human resources management of public sector,ethics in everyday life has important ideas and ethical guidance from the perspective of the public sector.Human resources management exists ethical anomie of the public sector.It is favorable for us to find human resource management of the ethical anomie performance,reasons and countermeasure,which will promote the public human resource management of the application of ethical standards and popularization.
