新时期我国普法教育的回顾与思考

The Review and Ponder on the Legal Education of China in the New Period

普法教育一直是我国法制建设及法治进程的重要部分,无论是新中国成立到改革开放的法制初成时期,还是1999年后法治国家的初创时期,它都占据了重要地位,特别是"一五"到"五五"的普法活动,更凸显了普法教育的巨大作用,这其中,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。总结"五五"普法教育的经验教训,对于今后的普法教育工作,特别是市场经济条件下的国家法制建设,具有重大的意义。本文拟从历史的角度,分析我国的法治建设及普法教育进程,总结五个五年普法活动的主要经验与不足之处,并对今后普法工作的发展提出一些建议。

Legal education is an important part of legal system building and law-ruling course in China.Whether in the fledgling legal system which from the new China establishes to the Chinese Reform and Opening Up,or in the early period of country ruled by law which after 1999,it all occupied the important status.Especially in five Five-Year Legal Education Program from＂First Five-year＂to＂Fifth Five-year＂,legal education shows its enormous function.In this process,have both the successful experiences and the defeat lessons.To draw lessons from the past＂Fifth Five-year＂legal education will have great significance for the further legal education program work,specially for the country legal system building under the market economy condition.This article plans to analyze the development of our country＇s rule of law and legal education process from the historical angle,summarize the main experience and deficiency of five Five-Year Legal Education Program,and make some suggestions to the further legal education work.
