方言与普通话的关系讨论——“本是同根生,相煎何太急”

Discussion of the Relationship between Dialect and Putonghua——"This is the Same Root,fratricidal?"

鉴于我国多民族、多语种、多方言、多文种的语言国情,近些年保护方言与推广普通话的矛盾日渐升温,"一文多语"的讨论也一直争执不已。究竟是该规范语言的表达,使其标准整齐划一,还是应该维持我国的多方言并存的现状?笔者认为,其实首先要搞清楚的是两者的关系问题。旨在剖析普通话与方言的微妙关系,两者实为辩证地统一于我国的语言系统中。探讨两者的关系,对于认清语言的本质、制定我国合理的语言政策、提升国人整体的语言水平及促进社会文明进步与和谐发展都有重大意义。

In view of our national conditions of the language：multi-ethnic,multi-lingual,multi-dialect,multi-language,in recent years,contradiction between protection of dialect and promotion of Putonghua has been increasing heating up,＂A multi-language text＂discussions have been endless disputed.What is the specification language of expression,so that the standard uniform,or should maintain co-existence of our country＇s multi-dialect situation？I believe that,in fact,the first to find out the relationship between the two.This article aims to analyze the delicate relationship between Putonghua and dialects,the two actually dialectically unite in our language system.To explore the relationship between the two is of all significance for understanding of the nature of language,develop our rational language policy,enhance the overall Chinese language skills and to promote social progress and civilization and harmonious development.
