摘要
本文介绍基于CC-Link的远程设备站的开发,重点阐述远程设备站的基本结构、软硬件设计的基本思路、系统调试的基本过程。该远程设备站以51单片机为核心,辅以TLC1543共同完成远端数据采集任务,与CC-Link的网络通信模块MFP3配合实现远程数据的通信功能,通过系统调试说明该远程设备站的开发方案可行,为企业的自动化改造提供了一种思路。
This article describes the remote device station development based on CC- Link, It focus on the basic structure of remote device station's, the basic ideas of systemsisoftware and hardware design, the basic process of debugging. The remote device station based on 51 MCU core, supported by the data acquisition chip TLC1543 to sample data, and by the network communication module CC-Link MFP3 to transmit data, The development programmes of remote device station is feasible from the system debugging, as a way for the company's automated transformation.
