介绍了兖州矿业集团公司东滩煤矿立足国产设备组织创建４００万吨综采队，创造综采放顶煤开采高产高效新记录的经验，探索我国利用综放开采实现高产高效的途径。
Abstract This paper presents the experience of Dong Tan Colliery,
Yiezhou Mining Corporation in building a 4mt integrated longwall mining team based on domestic
equipment and establishing a new record for highly productive and efficient top-cave mining, and
in exploring an approach to realizing high production and efficiency with top-cave mining in China.
