关节镜下可吸收螺钉和悬吊钢板双重固定腘绳肌重建前交叉韧带疗效评价 被引量：4

摘要 目的 评价关节镜下可吸收螺钉和悬吊钢板双重固定腘绳肌腱重建膝关节前交叉韧带（ACL）的效果.方法 15例患者经关节镜检查证实均为ACL断裂,均采用关节镜下自体腘绳肌重建ACL,悬吊钢板及生物可吸收螺钉固定重建韧带.结果 所有病例均得到随访,Lysholm膝关节功能评分：由术前（48.62±10.73）分提高至随访时（90.10±6.25）分（P〈0.05）.结论 关节镜下双重固定自体腘绳肌腱重建ACL手术创伤小,固定牢靠,近期疗效满意.
