中大剂量阿糖胞苷治疗儿童急性白血病的毒副作用临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的 探讨中大剂量阿糖胞苷ID/HD-Ara-C治疗儿童白血病毒副作用的处理及预防措施,为临床提供理论基础及临床经验.方法 对29例儿童急性白血病（ALL 20例, AML 9例）在应用ID/HD-Ara-C治疗中的毒副作用给予确诊、分类及相应的处理.结果 29例患儿均取得良好疗效,顺利完成含有ID/HD-Ara-C方案的化疗.结论 ID/HD-Ara-C治疗儿童急性白血病为患儿获得长期完全缓解（CR）提供了可能,但在应用ID/HD-Ara-C化疗时,毒副作用明显,应做好减少其毒副作用的预防及处理工作,使其化疗顺利完成.
