摘要
目的 评价磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效及其与普通交锁髓内钉疗效比较.方法 将42例股骨干骨折患者分为两组:A组18例,使用磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗.B组24例,使用普通交锁髓内钉治疗.记录两组远端2枚锁钉锁定成功时间,一次性锁定成功率,骨折愈合时间,根据马元璋等评分标准评价两组疗效.结果 A组远端2枚锁钉锁定成功时间平均(7.7±2.0)min,B组(13.5±2.2)min,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组一次性锁定成功率94.4%,B组75.0%,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A组骨折愈合时间平均16.7±1.6周,B组16.5±1.8周,两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);疗效优良率:A组88.9%,B组87.5%,两组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论 磁力导航交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效满意.相比普通交锁髓内钉有定位准确,手术时间短,创伤小的优势.
Objective To evaluate the effect of magnetic navigation interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture and compare it with the effect of common interlocking intramedullary nail. Methods 42 cases were divided into two groups. 18 cases in group A were treated with magnetic navigalion interlocking intramedullary nail and 24 eases in group B were treated with common interior.king intramedullary nail. Time consumption of successful distal nail locking, one - time locking ratio and frac-ture healing time in two groups were observe.d. Ma Yuan - zhang el al score system was used to evaluate the effect of treatment in each group. Results The average time consumption of sueeesslul distal nail locking in group A was(7. 7 ± 2.0 )minutes and ( 13.5 ± 2.2 ) minutes in group B. There was a statistical difference between twn groups( P 〈0.05 ). The average one - time locking ratio in group A was 94.4% and 75.0% in group B. There was a statistical diffierence( P 〈 0.05 ). The average fraeture healing time in group A was 16.7 ± 1.6 weeks and 16.5 ±1. 8 weeks in group B. There was no statistical difference( P 〉0.05 ). The excellent/good rate was 88.9% in group A and 87.5% in group B. There was no statistical difference( P 〉0.05). Conclusion Good effect is achieved in magnetic navigation interlocking intramedullary in the treatment of Femoral shaft fracture, which has advantage uf more accurate position, less operation time and less trauma compared with common interlocking intramedullary nail.
