摘要
在柴油机引入高压共轨喷油系统后,进行了柴油机燃烧室参数设计匹配研究.提出了高压共轨喷油系统对燃烧室的结构要求.分析了高压喷射用燃烧室的结构设计因素,给出贯穿距离、压缩比、口径比以及径深比合理取值范围,提出了燃烧室匹配设计流程,设计493柴油机的不同结构缩口燃烧室.进行了不同方案燃烧室的匹配实验,实验数据表明,6喷孔及缩口大口径浅坑燃烧室是该柴油机燃烧系统较合理的方案.
In order to meet the requirement of high pressure common rail injection system equipped in diesel engine,the parameter designing of combustion chamber for common rail diesel engine is explored.According to the demand of high pressure injection to combustion chamber,the structural design factors of combustion chamber are briefly analyzed,including penetration distance,compression ratio,aperture ratio and bore depth ratio.The ranges of these parameters are given and the matching design process of combustion chamber is provided.The combustion chambers with different structures for 493diesel engine has been designed and air flow field of combustion chamber has been analyzed based on combustion model by FIRE software.Experiments of combustion chamber with different parameters have been implemented on diesel engine bench and the experimental results show that the chamber with the structure of six holes and large diameter shallow bottom is more reasonable for this type of diesel engine.
