中国哲学中的"人文"概念与西方的人文精神并不相同,它是相对"天道"、"天文"、"天运"而提出来的人类社会的礼乐文化总和,是人类在"天道"的启示下,使社会安定,人伦有序的社会礼乐制度和人的德性的显现,包括了政治、经济、法律、宗教、文学、艺术以及民俗等一系列的人类文化成果,通过教育的方式,将这一成果向后世传承。

＂Humanity＂ in Chinese philosophy is different from the western humanity spirit.It is the conclusion of rite and music culture of human society in comparison with ＂natural law＂,＂astronomy＂,and ＂destiny＂.Under the inspiration of ＂natural law＂,it is the rite and music system making the society stable and the manifestation of human morality.＂Humanity＂ includes a series of cultural achievements of human being,such as politics,economy,law,religion,literature,art,and folk custom,which are passed down to the offspring in the way of education.
