摘要
通过分析西安航专毕业实习(设计)的现状,针对学生实际能力培养要求和企业用人实际情况,论证了提高毕业实习(设计)质量的迫切性,并提出了相应的建议和措施,以供同行参考。
Through the analysis of the status quo of student graduation practice （design） of Xi＇an Aerotechnical College,the article argues the emergency of improving graduation practice（design） quality in the light of student actual ability cultivation requirements and actual situation of employers,and also offers the corresponding suggestions and measures for the reference of other colleges.
