Realizing Benign Circle of Mineral Resources Exploitation by Employing both Exploitation of the Resources and Environmental Protection

陕西省地矿厅大力宣传《矿产资源法》和《环境保护法》，严把采矿权审批关，将矿业秩序整顿与环境污染治理相结合，注重资源综合利用工作，实现矿产开发的良性循环。

The DGMR makes efforts to propagandize the Law of Mineral Resources' and the Environmental Protection Regulation', and strictly examines and approves the mineral rights, and combines rectification of mineral orders with abatement of environmental pollution, and pays attention to multipurpose utilization of mineral resources for realization of the benign circle of mineral resources exploitation.
