研究了磁场对氧化铝厂拜耳法铝酸钠溶液种分分解的强化作用。在试验条件下,磁化场强23.9kA/m,磁化时间0.34s时的种分分解率由未磁化时的49.79%提高到53.41%;
This paper studies magnetic reinforcing action on seed crystal digestion of sodium aluminate solution. Under the experimental condition, as magnetic field intensity is 23.9kA/m and magnetizing time is 0.34s the rate of seed crystal digestion is up to 53.41% from 49.79% with no magnetizing. The raising of solution velocity is to the disadvantage of seed crystal digestion.
