黄芪种衣剂对2年生黄芪根部的影响

Effect of Seed Coating on Root Growth of Two-year-old Astragalus membranaceus

以不同剂量(种子干质量的2%,4%,6%和8%)的黄芪种衣剂包衣为处理,以ND牌种衣剂(种子干质量的8%)包衣和空白种子为双对照,比较在不同处理条件下,2年生黄芪植物根部生物性状发生变化情况。研究结果表明:经黄芪种衣剂包衣处理后,明显增加了黄芪的根粗、主根体积。从而验证了黄芪种衣剂在植物生长的第2年仍然可以促进黄芪的生长,提高中药材黄芪的产量。

An experiment was conducted to study the biological characteristics of roots of two-year-old Astragalus membranaceus seedlings from seeds treated with different concentrations of seed coating agents（2%,4%,6% and 8% of seed dry weight）,by using seeds treated with ND general seed coating agent（8% of seed dry weight）and uncoated seeds as the controls.Result showed that the seed coating agents could obviously increase the root diameter and the main root volume of A.membranaceus.It indicates that the seed coating agents can promote the seedling growth of A.membranaceus even in the second year;thereby improving the yield of A.membranaceus.
