Discussion about the Failure Reasons of Spinning Forming Roller of Cr12MoV Steel

介绍生产中Cr12MoV钢旋压成形轮的几种常见失效形式,分别从宏观和微观上分析失效的原因。分析表明,Cr12MoV钢的热处理工艺、上下模具的旋转速度、成形轮的进给速度、预制坯料和上下模具的尺寸精度等都是影响成形轮失效的主要原因,针对具体的失效原因提出了相应的解决措施。

Several common failure means of spinning forming roller of Cr12MoV steel have been introduced.The failure reasons have been analyzed through the macrostructure and microstructure aspects.The analysis shows that the heat treatment processing of Cr12MoV steel,the rotation speed of mould,the feeding speed of spinning forming roller,and the size precision of prefabricated blank mould are the main factors influencing the failure of spinning forming roller.The corresponding measures have been put forward in the text.
