台湾南部科学园区的产业群聚及其经济效益分析

Industrial Cluster and Economic Benefit of Southern Taiwan Science Park

为充分利用南台湾地理、人力资源优势,促进南北产业平衡发展,20世纪90年代中期,台湾当局设置了南部科学园区。经过近20年的发展,南部科学园区凭借其自身的独特优势已发展为台湾第二大科学园区。台湾南部科学园区所取得的成绩很大程度上归功于产业群聚的初步形成,而产业群聚的形成又离不开台湾当局的支持与干预。

In order to take full advantage of the geography,human resources of southern Taiwan,and promote the balanced development of North-South industry,the Taiwan authorities set up the Southern Taiwan Science Park in the mid 1990s.After nearly 20 years of development,the Southern Taiwan Science Park had been developed as Taiwan’s second largest science park with its own unique advantages.The achievements of Southern Taiwan Science Park were due much to the initial formation of industrial cluster,while could not take shape without the support and intervention of the Taiwan authorities.
