摘要
伊朗现代作家赫达雅特生存于西方进行世界性扩张,东、西文化剧烈冲突的时代,他的创作渗透着民族危机意识和悲愤的情感体验。《爱国志士》和《哈吉老爷》揭露现实的虚假和丑恶,塑造了一批在爱国面具下隐藏着极端自私自利本性的假"爱国者";《伊斯法罕半天下》通过古与今、现实与想象、自然与社会的对比,颂扬民族传统,追寻民族文化之根;《盲枭》则表达了对民族文化衰落的无尽悲伤。赫达雅特的创作主题源于伊朗民族传统的浸润和现实社会主流价值与其价值取向的尖锐冲突,但体现了一个民族知识分子的历史责任感和社会良知。
Iranian modern writer Sadegh Hedayat lived in an era of the global expansion of Western countries and the intense confrontation between Eastern and Western cultures.His works are permeated with a sense of crisis of the nation and his emotional experience of anger.Patriots and Mr.Haji expose the hypocritical and ugly society by presenting a group of fake patriots who,living behind the mask of patriotism,are actually extremely selfish.Isfahan:Half the World,by comparing the ancient with the present,reality and imagination,and nature and society,praises the national tradition and searches for the national cultural roots.Buf-e-Ku displays the author's sorrows for the decline of national culture.Sadegh Hedayat's themes derive from Iranian national tradition and its conflict with the mainstream values of the society,and reflect the historical responsibility and social conscience of a nation's intellectual.
