摘要
我国自1998年高管薪酬得到披露以来,大部分上市公司高管的薪酬一直持续上涨,薪酬体制纷繁复杂,缺乏透明度,上市公司高层管理者薪酬制度的不完善,导致了管理者经营行为的异化和其他诸多问题。文章结合数据分析了上市公司高层管理者薪酬的现状及存在的问题,提出了完善我国上市公司高管薪酬管理相关的建议。
In modern days with knowledge-based economy,senior managers especially exellent ones have been the core resource of enterprises,and they play a key role in the development of enterprises.Since senior managers' salary in our country has been disclosed in 1998,most salary of enior managers in listed companies has been rising,and salary system is complicate and lack of transparency.The imperfect of the salary system of the senior managers in listed companies leads to the dissimilation of the running action of managers and many other issues.Combined with statistics,this paper analyzes the status and problems of the salary of the senior managers in listed companies,and proposes corresponding suggestions for perfecting the management of senior managers' salary in Chinese listed companies.
