L/C （Letter of Credit）is an important payment method in international trade.With it,many risks can be avoided in the trading process,thus both buyer＇s and seller＇s interest can be guaranteed.Learning from the actual working experience and teaching career,this paper analyzes the language features of L/C and some of the problems in translating it.
