Enhancing the professional skills of the teachers in higher vocational colleges with the prodeuct research and development of enterprises as carrier

高等职业院校教师必须具备一定的科研素养,特别是应用技术开发与研究方面的素养。职业院校教师必须在作为教育实践工作者的同时,从事与专业相关的各类应用技术的研究。同时作为高等职业院校的教师还需具备教学改革能力、扩展能力以及敬业的精神。文章提出实现访问工程师制度,积极参与企业产品的研发是提升高等职业院校教师专业技能的有效途径之一。

The teachers in higher vocational colleges must have a certain scientific literacy,especially the literacy of applicated technology development and research.As be education practice workers,the teachers in higher vocational colleges should be engaged in the researches about various types of professional-related application technology at the same time.And they also have the ability of education reform and expansion and the spirit of devotion.This paper proposes that realizing the system of visiting engineer,especially participating in the development of enterprises＇products is one of the effective ways to enhance the professional skills of the teachers in higher vocational colleges.
