Research on Intervention in Health Education on the Basis of Behavioral Science

行为学观点指出人的行为是在知识主导下进行的,知识又是通过后天教育获得的,因此实施健康教育是必要的。通过研究行为与健康教育的关系,并对影响人类健康的因素进行分析,可以发现通过教育达到自我控制,通过律制实现社会群体控制的健康教育干预的方法可以很好地引导、规范和控制人们的行为,是实现健康教育的有效方法和手段。同时提出健康教育应采用多种多样的形式,使人们通过多种渠道和形式广泛获得健康的知识并参与健身。

According to behavioral science,man＇s behaviors are guided by knowledge which gained from education,making health education highly necessary.By analyzing the relationship between behavior and health education and the influencing factors of human health,one may find that the method to instruct people to contain themselves and to realize social group control through legal system may guide,regulate,and control human behaviors and effectively realize the goal of health education.Meanwhile,the article argues that various forms should be employed to publicize health knowledge and attract people to exercise.
