In this paper,it takes ＂Healthy China 2020＂ national development strategy as a guide,and conduct the investigation of consumer groups of public libraries,this investigation＇s aim is to know the value of public libraries in the ＂Healthy China 2020＂ Strategy from a better understanding of the practical needs of public libraries and to provide scientific evidence or the development of public library services.
