上海市残疾人综合康复服务项目利用意向分析

Intentional Analysis of General Rehabilitation Services for the Disabilities in Shanghai

目的:分析上海市残疾人对目前综合康复服务的需求利用情况及对服务开展情况的意向,为下一阶段拓展和完善服务项目提供依据。方法:选取上海市四区五类共643名残疾人进行意向调查。结果:不同类别残疾人对综合康复服务的需求存在差距,各类残疾人对综合康复服务的需求与实际利用情况之间存在差距,对现有综合康复服务总体满意度较高,但仍存在有待完善之处。结论:当前开展综合康复服务时应针对残疾类别有所侧重;通过加强政策的宣传和工作的落实,提高服务利用率;着力引导残疾人树立正确的康复观念;完善服务细节。

Objective：To provide evidences for expanding and improving the services project by intentional analysis of the disabled people＇s demand and utilization for current general rehabilitation services in Shanghai.Methods：An intention survey among 643 disabled people from 4 districts in Shanghai.Results：The results demonstrated that there is a gap in the demand for the general rehabilitation services among different types of disabilities,and between the demand and the actual utilization of the services;various types of disabilities approximately satisfied with existing general rehabilitation services,while still some aspects left to be improved.Conclusion：The type of disability should be taken into consideration while activating general rehabilitation service;the service efficiency can be improved through strengthening the advocacy and implementation of the policy;the correct rehabilitation notion of the disabled people needs to be conducted;and the details of services need to be promoted.
