摘要
介绍和分析医院后勤管理效能的概念与测算方法,并针对当前医院后勤管理中存在的问题,从强化服务意识,转变人才培养和使用观念,加强科学管理以及完善规章制度4个方面探讨了如何提升医院后勤管理效能。
This article focus on and analyzed the concepts of hospital logistics management efficiency and measuring methods,and then analysed the problems of hospital logistics management,discussed how to improve the logistics management efficiency from strength personnel service consciousness,change the conception of talent training,strenthen the scientific management and improve relevant regulations and so on.
