乳房缺失对乳腺癌患者及其配偶性感觉的影响

The Studies on Effects of Mastectomy to Sexual Feelings of Breast-Cancer Patients and Their Spouses

目的:探讨乳腺癌术后乳房缺失对妇女的身体意象及夫妻间性感觉的影响。方法:使用深度访谈对妻子均因患乳腺癌行单侧乳房切除的10对夫妻进行定性调查。结果:100%的患者及配偶愿告知自己的亲身体验,大部分患者及其配偶术后均有不同程度的性生活困难。结论:乳腺癌的诊断使一些夫妻关系更为亲密;乳房切除术通过扰乱身体意象确实在相当长的一段时间内严重影响了性生活;女性通常错误地觉得她们的配偶会对这些变化反感;在性感觉及身体意象方面通过发现及澄清相互间的感受可给予女性支持并增进双方的感情进而提升生活质量。

Breast cancer affects a woman＇s body image and feelings of sexuality.Little is known about the perceptions of spouses to the sensitive topics of sexuality feelings and body images.A qualitative inquiry was undertaken by some in-depth interviews.The result shows that a diagnosis of breast cancer brought some couples＇ relationship closer.The mastectomy could severely obliterate patients＇ sexual relationships for a long period by disturbing the body images,and women often wrongly think that their spouse will resent these changes.So we draw a conclusion that the relationships between patients and their spouses can be promoted by identifying and clarifying the perceptions of sexuality feelings and body images.These efforts can give more supports to the patients,and therefore enhance the life quality.
