在变形地压理论计算的基础上，提出了利用围岩特性曲线和支护特性曲线来确定围岩和支架共同作用的工作状态的方法，提出了软岩巷道支护时间控制的几点认识。

On the basis of the theoretical calculation of deformation ground pressure,a method that determines the working state under the joint action of a surrounding rock and supports by both the surrounding rock and supporting characteristics curves is recommended and some conclusions on the supporting time control of softrock openings are drawn.
