摘要
MS-Ⅰ、Ⅱ矿浆浓度自动控制系统针对大滞后、强干扰体系设计,与常规PID控制系统相比结构简单,操作方便,运行稳定,电动执行机构动作频度低,无故障使用周期长;MS-Ⅲ型是在Ⅱ型基础上的改进,使控制系统的动态和静止特性进一步提高,更有利于避免超调现象。
MS-, automatic control systems of pulp density were designed for the systems characterised by big lag and strong disturbance.Campared with the conventional PID control system,it has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,stable operation,low action frequency of electrically-powerd executing mechanism and a long non-failure service period.MS- system is an improvement based on MS- system.The dynamic and static characteristics of its control system have been further improved,which can better facilitate avoiding the overtuning phenomenon.
