摘要
用电沉积法在铝/导电涂层/α-PbO2上制备了β-PbO2–WC–TiO2复合电极材料,最佳工艺条件为:Pb(NO3)2250g/L,HNO315g/L,WC40g/L,TiO250g/L,温度50°C,电流密度3.0A/dm2,电沉积时间5h。与传统Pb–1%Ag阳极相比,该新型复合电极可使电积锌时的槽电压降低,电流效率提高。
β-PbO2-WC-TiO2 composite electrode materials were prepared on aluminum/conductive coating/α-PbO2 by electrodeposition. The optimal bath formulation and process conditions are as follows: Pb(NO3)2 250 g/L, HNO3 15g/L, WC 40 g/L, TiO2 50 g/L, temperature 50 ℃, current density 3.0 A/dm^2 and time 5 h. Compared with traditional anode of Pb-1%Ag, the cell voltage was decreased and the current efficiency was improved by using the new type of composite electrode during zinc electrowinning.
