摘要
为了提高教学质量,近年来笔者在教学中试行分层教学法,根据教育对象发展水平的差异,通过分层要求、分层指导、分层训练、分层考评等途径,实施因材施教,促进各个层次的学生在原有的基础上得到应有发展,以实现对每一个学生负责。分层教学推动了教育个性化的进程,改变了传统班级授课制度与模式。
In order to improve the quality of teaching, we have tried to explore the layered approach teaching in recent years. We plan to teach students according to their aptitude and different levels of development, through the hierarchical requirements, hierarchical guidance, hierarchical training, hierarchical evaluation and etc. All levels of students should have adequate development on the basis of the original under our education, and that is our responsibility. Layered approach teaching will promote the process of personalized education and change the traditional teaching system and the model in class teaching.
